What is Open Game Data Open Office Hour?

We are a community of researchers interested in understanding how we can use data generated in and around games to advance scientific understanding of thinking, learning, and decision making. Since Fall 2023 we've been opening these meetings up to others who might be interested in order to grow our little posse of folks thinking about game data by hosting an hour long Zoom discussion every other week.

The format is simple: Someone comes with a project they are working on and gets us all up to speed with the context, goals, approaches tried and current issues. Then we talk about it! Feature engineering, data grooming, models, experimental design… whatever is needed.
